What does "unlimited personal access" mean?

Practically speaking, subscription usage is capped at 5,000 requests per day and 60,000 requests per month. If you want a stricter limit, you can enable a personal 2,000/day cap in settings. These limits are designed for personal use rather than commercial-scale workloads.

Can I have multiple accounts?

No. Creating or using multiple accounts to bypass limits can result in suspension; contact support if you need help consolidating access.

Can I use this via API and website?

Yes! Your subscription works seamlessly across both our website and API. Use the same quota whether you're chatting on the web or integrating with your applications.

Is the v1/completions (Text Completions) endpoint supported?

Yes, though it does not work perfectly for all models. For the models where we can support it, we support it.

Is the context size of the models limited in the subscription?

No, it's not. You can see on our API page or Pricing page what the context size for the models is — we generally offer the full context size for every model. The context size is the same across pay as you go and subscription, so to be clear no, we do not limit the context size of the models if you subscribe.

Is my data private?

Absolutely. None of your data is stored or logged on our servers - everything is saved locally on your device only. Additionally, none of the providers we use for open-source models log or store prompts, nor use them as training data. Your conversations remain completely private.

Can I still use paid models with a subscription?

Yes! The subscription gives you free access to open-source models, but you can still use premium models like GPT-5, Claude, Gemini and others with your regular balance.

What models are included in the 5% discount?

All other text models that are not already included in the subscription. This includes TEE variants and proprietary models like ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), and Claude (Anthropic).

What happens if I exceed my quota?

If you hit the daily (5,000) or monthly (60,000) subscription cap, access pauses until the limit resets unless you enable "Use balance after limits," which lets you continue on your regular balance. If you turned on the personal 2,000/day cap, that stricter limit applies first.

Is xxx included?

Unless it's one of the open source models on the list or one of the image models mentioned here, likely not. That means video generation is excluded, voice, and extra/custom tools that we offer like adding web search to any model or extended memory to any model. These are still accessible, but they come with the regular charge that users would pay on the pay as you go plan.
