NanoGPT Advertising Consent Policy

If you arrive at NanoGPT through one of our advertisements, we ask for your consent to use an advertising pixel or similar tag to identify the ad or link that brought you here. We use this information to understand which advertisements bring visitors to NanoGPT.

Your choice: This ad-source measurement is optional. We ask for consent before enabling the advertising pixel or tag. You can decline or withdraw consent and still use NanoGPT. Necessary session, payment, and security processing, and the limited first-party product telemetry described in our Privacy Policy, are separate from this advertising choice.

What This Consent Covers

Your consent covers identifying the advertisement or campaign link associated with your visit. It does not cover tracking purchases, prompts, or general activity in NanoGPT, building advertising profiles, or personalizing advertisements.

Information Used by the Pixel

To associate a visit with an advertisement, a pixel or tag can send the advertising service information such as the ad or campaign identifier, referring link, landing page, visit time, and click or cookie identifiers. Loading the pixel can also disclose your IP address and browser or device information to that service. These details can be personal information; a hashed identifier is not necessarily anonymous.

This ad-source measurement does not include your prompts, responses, uploaded files, or payment details. We do not use your Content for advertising or sell your Content.

The advertising services involved depend on the campaign and enabled pixel or tag. Tags may be loaded through Google Tag Manager. The following links describe the platforms' privacy practices where their services are used:

Your Rights and Choices

You can decline or withdraw consent to ad-source measurement and exercise applicable privacy rights:

• Opt-Out Anytime: Decline the consent prompt or turn off Ad Source Measurement in Settings → Privacy & Analytics. This setting is available for the NanoGPT session or account you are using; a separate session or account may have a different preference. If a control is unavailable or does not work, contact support@nanogpt.com.
• No Service Impact: Declining or withdrawing consent does not affect your ability to use NanoGPT services.
• Scope: This choice covers the enabled tags used for ad-source measurement together. It does not provide a separate preference for each platform or authorize additional tracking purposes.
• Withdrawal and Previously Collected Data: Withdrawing consent changes the preference used for future optional tracking. Refresh any other open NanoGPT tabs to unload previously loaded advertising tags. Withdrawal does not recall events already sent or automatically delete information already held by recipients. For access or deletion requests, contact us using the privacy-request procedure. We handle information we hold or control and notify, instruct, or assist relevant providers where required. A provider's independent processing may also require a separate request to that provider.
• Statutory Opt-Outs: Where applicable law gives you a right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, you can use the controls above or contact us. Certain pixel disclosures can fall within these legal categories even without payment for the information. You do not need to create an account, and we do not require access-request identity verification for such an opt-out. We may need enough information to apply it to the relevant session or records. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

How Data is Shared

When you consent to ad-source measurement:

• The pixel or tag shares the visit and source information described above with the enabled advertising services so the visit can be attributed to an advertisement.
• These services have their own retention and processing practices. Where they process information independently, their privacy policies also apply; NanoGPT remains responsible for its own collection and disclosure and any other obligations under applicable law.
• NanoGPT uses this measurement only to understand which advertisements bring visitors to our site. Consent to this measurement does not authorize additional uses by NanoGPT.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy if our ad-source measurement changes. When we make significant changes:

• We'll update the version timestamp at the top of this policy.
• We will provide any notice and obtain any new consent required by law before a change requiring that notice or consent takes effect. Posting a revised policy is not itself consent to expanded tracking.
• You can always review the current policy and your consent choices in your account settings.
