NanoGPT Refund Policy
Last Updated: March 16, 2026
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted for purchases made through NanoGPT, including orders processed by payment providers.
General Policy
Our default approach is refund-friendly: if you request a refund in good faith, we generally approve it. We reserve the right to decline refunds in limited situations involving abuse, fraud risk, or policy misuse, as described below.
When We Usually Approve Refunds
- First-time requests made shortly after purchase.
- Duplicate charge or clear billing error.
- Unauthorized payment, after verification and fraud review.
- Material technical failure on our side that prevented service delivery and where little or no usage occurred.
- Subscription cancellation requests submitted near the start of a billing period.
- Any other case where support determines a refund is fair and reasonable.
When We May Decline a Refund
- Evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeated abusive refund patterns.
- Material consumption patterns that indicate extensive completed usage before the request.
- Requests intended to circumvent account or payment restrictions tied to Terms of Service violations.
- Cases where applicable law or processor rules prevent refund issuance.
Cancellation
You can cancel subscriptions at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law or explicitly approved by our support team.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@nano-gpt.com with your support token from Settings, your account email, and your reason for the request. Include screenshots when relevant.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is fraudulent, contact us first so we can investigate quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may lead to temporary account restrictions while the dispute is reviewed.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply under local law. For full payment and service terms, see our Terms of Service.
