Subscription Signups Are Temporarily Paused
We are temporarily pausing new subscription signups.
If you already have a subscription, or had one before, nothing changes for you.
What's changing
If you have never had a subscription before, you cannot start one right now.
Why we're doing this
Over the last 48 hours, growth has been much faster than expected. That is creating pressure on multiple fronts:
- Provider and model stability issues we need to fix
- Thousands of fraudulent card attempts and other abuse attempts
- A large increase in support volume
- More bugs and edge cases as usage scales
This pause gives us room to stabilize service quality for everyone.
What stays the same
- Existing subscriptions continue as normal
- Auto-renew still works if enabled
- You can still cancel as usual
- If you had a subscription before and want to re-subscribe, you still can
To be very clear: this only affects users who have never had a subscription.
We will share an update as soon as new signups reopen.
