Why should I change to NanoGPT?
- OpenAI has openly said there is no legal confidentiality when using ChatGPT as a therapist. NanoGPT does not require you to make an account, does not require you to give us any personal information, and even allows you to pay anonymously.
- OpenAI will switch around the models you can use and has every reason to try and use cheaper models to serve you, to restrict your maximum conversation size, and to censor certain conversations. NanoGPT makes it completely transparent what model you're using, you can use the full conversation size (and beyond), and we do not censor. If you think a model itself is too censored, you can always switch to one of our many less-censored models.
- OpenAI ideally wants you to pay for a subscription and then not use their service. We charge only for what you use — an average ChatGPT query on our service costs just $0.0138.
- OpenAI has a few text models, one image model, and one video model. We offer you the choice of 400+ models including all the top models, every image model you can think of, and every video model you can think of.
